Consultation & Planning

Consultation: During this appointment we will be discussing the overall details and vision of your wedding, as well as styles of music for the ceremony and/or reception, sound system requirements, lighting options, pricing, and the high level of service we provide.

Planning & Customizing Your Day: Planning your event is crucial to its success. Along with our planning kit, we provide valuable input and ideas based on our extensive experience with wedding ceremonies and receptions. Discussing the formalities, special activities, and flow of your reception is an important process to begin creating your wedding itinerary. The time spent together in this phase of planning allows an opportunity to better understand your personality, likes and dislikes, and overall vision to totally customize your event.

Music Details

Wedding Music: Let's have some fun and really dial in the details of the music. We will cover all aspects of the wedding day such as the style of music for the ceremony, the introduction of the wedding party, dinner music, cake cutting, garter, bouquet, first dance, parent's dance, and farewell dance.

Personal Recordings Mix: Record a personal message for your First dance, Parents dances, or other personalized song for the reception. This includes recording session; Remix of the song of choice and editing time to make your message seamless. Perfect for creating a personal touch and a very special moment.

Facility Visit & Final Details

Facility Visit: Going to the facility location to do an on-site visit allows for advanced planning and preparation in addition to viewing another piece of your vision, including the specific layout of your event, meeting with the facility liaison to discuss details, and determine equipment/system needs and placement. Even if we have previously conducted events and are familiar with the facility, we will still do an on-site visit so that we can view the facility and set-up through your eyes.

Final Details: During this appointment we will cover the details that we went over during past meetings, phone conversations or email and make any needed changes.  Not to mention having a few good laughs.  After this appointment you will leave knowing that Supernatural SoundZ has covered every aspect of the day and that no detail has been overlooked.
